Division Definitions

OF Other Make: Any sized plastic, rubber, wood, or stuffed horse that is not China, Breyer, or

Stone (Collecta and Breyer Pony Gals Can show here). Examples include Grand Champions, Schleich, Hartland, Copperfox, Barbie Horses, My Little Pony, Anything you've Got! Except for the fantasy class, Models will be judged on breed standards and condition. Models in this division can cross enter in the Collectiblity and OF Plastic/China/Other divisions. Models made before 1975, or had runs that crossed over in that year, can also cross enter in the Antique OF Plastic Division.

 

Antique OF Plastic: Any sized plastic model made in 1975 or earlier. Except for the fantasy class, Models will be judged on breed standards and condition. Models in this division can cross enter in the Collectiblity and OF Plastic/China/Other divisions.

 

Custom Etched: Any sized mass produced model that has been altered by removing some of

its original factory paint.  Except for the fantasy class, Models will be judged on breed standards and condition. Models in this division can cross enter in the Workmanship and CM/AR/CMG divisions.

 

Custom Glazed China: Any sized Custom China. Custom finishes must be Fired On. Cold

painted chinas show in the Simple Custom division. Except for the fantasy class, Models will be judged on breed standards and condition. Models in this division can cross enter in the Workmanship and CM/AR/CMG divisions.

 

OF Stone: Any sized regular run or Special run model produced by the Peter Stone Company. Except for the fantasy class, Models will be judged on breed standards and condition. Models in this division can cross enter in the Collectiblity and OF Plastic/China/Other divisions

 

Drastic Custom: Any sized plastic, china, or mass produced resin model that has been altered

by an individual artist with moved parts. This includes repositioned ears, legs, tail, etc.

Customs with No moved parts show in the Simple Custom Division. Except for the fantasy class, Models will be judged on breed standards and condition.  Models in this division can cross enter in the Workmanship and CM/AR/CMG divisions.

 

Vintage Custom: Any sized Custom model or Artist Released model that was customized before 2000. If you are not sure when your model was customized, don’t show it here. Except for the fantasy class, Models will be judged on breed standards and condition. Models in this division can cross enter in the Workmanship and CM/AR/CMG divisions.

 

OF China: Any sized Original finished china model that is as it came from the factory or

workshop. The Finish must be Fired on. Examples include Hagen Renaker, Lakeshore, Breyer Chinas, Beswick, etc. Except for the fantasy class, Models will be judged on breed standards and condition. Models in this division can cross enter in the Collectiblity and OF Plastic/China/Other divisions

 

OF Resin: Any sized Original finished resin or cold cast porcelain model that is as it came from the factory or workshop. Examples include Starlite Originals, Northlights, Breyer Cold Cast Resins, Country Artists, Border Fine Arts, etc. Except for the fantasy class, Models will be judged on breed standards and condition. Models in this division can cross enter in the Collectiblity and OF Plastic/China/Other divisions

 

Mini CM/AR/CM Glazed: Any artist resin or customized model (including CM Glazed, simple

custom and Drastic custom) that is under 5 inches tall i.e. pebbles sized or smaller. Except for the fantasy class, Models will be judged on breed standards and condition.

 

Trad CM/AR/CM Glazed: Any artist resin or customized model (including CM Glazed, Simple

custom and Drastic custom) that is over 5 inches tall i.e. classic sized or larger. Except for the fantasy class, Models will be judged on breed standards and condition.

 

Artist Released: Any sized model poured/cast/produced/3D Printed in limited numbers and

finished/sculpted by an individual artist. Except for the fantasy class, Models will be judged on breed standards and condition. Models in this division can cross enter in the Workmanship and CM/AR/CMG divisions.

 

Simple Repaint Custom: Any sized plastic, china, or mass produced resin model that has

been repainted by an individual artist. The original sculpture should be exactly as it came from

the factory. Customs with repositioned parts should show in Drastic Custom. Except for the fantasy class, Models will be judged on breed standards and condition. Models in this division can cross enter in the Workmanship and CM/AR/CMG divisions.

 

Mini OF Plastic/China/Other: Any model that is under 5 inches tall (ie pebbles sized or

smaller) that is exactly as it came from the factory. Except for the fantasy class, Models will be judged on breed standards and condition.

 

Trad OF Plastic/China/Other: Any model that is over 5 inches tall (ie classic sized or larger)

that is exactly as it came from the factory. Except for the fantasy class, Models will be judged on breed standards and condition.

 

OF Breyer (produced 2000 to now): Any sized regular run or Special run model produced by

Breyer anytime between January, 1 2000 and now. Models with runs that Crossed over in that

year (i.e. they were produced in 1999 and 2000) can show in both OF Breyer and Vintage Breyer. Models in this division can cross enter in the Collectiblity and OF Plastic/China/Other divisions. Except for the fantasy class, Models will be judged on breed standards and condition.

 

Vintage Breyer (Pre 2000): Any sized regular run or Special run model produced by Breyer in

1999 or earlier. Except for the fantasy class, models will be judged on breed standards and condition. ALL Models in this division can cross enter in the Collectibility Division and the OF Plastic/China/Other divisions. Models with runs that Crossed over in 2000 (i.e. they were produced in 1999 and 2000) can also enter the OF Breyer division. Breyer models produced before 1975, or had runs that crossed over in that year, can also enter in the Antique OF Plastic Division.
